Sudelfeld round
The Sudelfeld circuit is a classic mountain tour for ambitious racing cyclists. Around 1,280 metres in altitude await you over a good 76 kilometres, which are particularly noticeable on the ascent to the Sudelfeld Pass. The pass itself is scenic, even if the summit doesn't look very spectacular - it's the way up that counts here. The ascent rewards you with wide bends, moderate gradients and great views. After the descent, the route leads through the quiet Thiersee valley before returning to Walchsee via small side roads. If you love metres in altitude but don't want to be on the road all day, this tour is a great choice.
