Tour of Norway

Discover the passes of the Scandinavian mountains

The path winds its way up the rock face in countless bends as you gain height and the famous Lysefjord stretches further and further below you. On your racing bike, you glide over the fells of Hardangervidda, the largest plateau in Europe, which in June are still largely covered in snow and ice. You reach the pass road, which leads you into the rocky and barren nowhere, always accompanied by the striking Gaustatoppen, the highest mountain in Telemark.

quäldich in the north!

These are just three of the many moments of your road bike adventure in Norway. The landscape is as clichéd as it is diverse: sweeping views from the vast high plateaus, picturesque coastal roads along the fjords, fairytale birch forests, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Sparsely populated areas. Loneliness. Again and again you come across isolated farms with the characteristic dark red wooden houses. Unique.

The road bike tour starts and ends in Sandnes near Stavanger, in the west of the country. Over the course of seven stages, we make a big loop through Norway, climb the plateaus in the centre, cruise along the fjords and want to stop again and again to marvel at the beauty.
