The tour invites you to enjoy a relaxed ride through vineyards, orchards and small villages with Mediterranean flair. From Tramin, the route leads via Auer into the Adige Valley, where you follow the course of the river northwards on wide, almost completely flat cycle paths. Sigmundskron Castle comes into view early on, perched on a rock above the valley and not only impressive from a historical point of view, but also a popular photo motif. A short detour is worthwhile, as the castle now houses the Messner Mountain Museum.

After this section, the route runs via Eppan and Kaltern back to Tramin. Here, panoramic vineyards alternate with old farmsteads and quiet village passages. The tour is particularly atmospheric in the morning, and numerous cafés and wineries offer pleasant opportunities for breaks along the way. The route harmoniously combines nature, culture and enjoyment.
