Nach der Fahrt durch das hügelige Tal des Rubicon, wo die Natur üppig ist, erreichen wir die Ciocca Brücke, wo der 3 Kilometer lange Anstieg bis nach Sogliano führt. 18 Kurven und ein Hang, der nicht zu weit ist, um in dieses im Grünen versunkenen und mit den Traditionen behaftenden Dorf der Romagna zu gelangen. Das Symbol des Dorfes ist der Fossa-Käse, ein Produkt mit einem intensiven Aroma und einem köstlichen Geschmack. Beim Zurückfahren, werden wir das Dorf Borghi entlang des Abstiegs passieren um wieder in die Ebene zu radeln.
