Savignano with its ancient Roman bridge, where Cesar said the famous expression "alea iacta est", will be the first land that the tour will cross today. After riding through the hilly valley of the Rubicon, where nature is lush, we reach the Ciocca bridge, where the 3 kilometre climb up to Sogliano begins. 18 bends and a slope that is not too far to reach this Romagna village immersed in greenery and steeped in tradition. The symbol of the village is Fossa cheese, a product with an intense aroma and a delicious flavour. On the way back, we will pass the village of Borghi along the descent to cycle back to the plain.
