The ultimate: northern Lake Garda

The northern shores of Lake Garda are located between the steeply rising two thousand metres high Garda Mountains. Monte Baldo is one of them and is a popular destination for road bikers. Taking the challenging ascent by road bike, you manage 86 kilometres and 1,897 altitude metres on this tour. Another road bike highlight is the curvy route uphill to the 2,180 metres high Monte Bondone.

The great thing about the tours around Lake Garda is that they take you to altitudes of 2,000 metres and more and they also lead past blossoming lemon and olive trees.

Thanks to the mild temperatures, which dominate here already in spring and still in autumn, the road bike season starts very early and ends very late in the year. Many pros make good use of this to get fit for the season.
