What the roadbike expert says:

The discovery tour through the Sarca and the Vadedine valley begins in Torbole. Riding in the direction of Arco, you leave the Sarca-Tal Valley on your right hand side. The climb is constant. To your right you see the castle of Drena. From the castle tower, you get a wonderful and unique view over the whole area. On the way down, along the Cavedine valley, you encounter a row of characteristic villages. As you ride on, you dive into a world of fruit, and if you take a break, there are numerous wine cellars offering tastings of various wines. On no account should you miss out a visit to the unique Toblino castle. The route then goes past the Toblino lake, back in the direction of Dro-Cavedine, and on towards Torbole.
