The hotel boss, Lukas Riml, is a keen racing biker himself and has take part in several marathons. He has also pioneered many aspects of racing biking in the Otztal area.
He and the professional guides Franz Venier, Wolfgang Fasching and Gerrit Glomser constitute the bike expertise in the hotel, available for advice and help.
